Our personnel department source and recruit prospective staff, who must past the interview board and three days basic job training course before employment is confirmed.

Due to the introduction to licensing under the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (PSIA), the requirement for all manned guarding personnel to be trained to the SIA (Security Industry Authority), a criteria has been brought in to train all security officers to the NOCC level two Award in Security Guarding (static & patrol) qualification which will enable employees to apply for license.
